Message traceability

Hello, in the history section, we can see when quotes have been viewed. However, when we send a message to a client in the "Conversation" section, we don't know whether they've read it or not. Would it be possible to add a feature similar to Messenger, for example, with a small "Seen" indicator below the message once it's been opened? Thank you
