Appointment status calendar tab

Would it be possible that, when we place an appointment, we could put "proposal" or "validated" and then have a validation if the customer validates the date and a confirmation by e-mail if we put "validated" when the customer has already validated us beforehand?

The aim would be to have a checkbox to choose between "date already validated" and "proposal".
