Could we have a button to indicate that the quotation has been refused by the customer and possibly a comment box where we could indicate the reason for this refusal?
Because often customers call us or send us an e-mail but don't go back to Revelhome to indicate their refusal, and the quote continues to remain in the projects in progress.
