Add a delivery section

I'm going to change my terms of payment, which are currently 40% deposit on order and 60% on completion of installation, to 40% on order, 50% on delivery and 10% on completion of installation.
Unfortunately, there are too many customers who block astronomical sums for nothing. This will avoid having too much cash on hand.
