Addition of Statutes / Project milestones

Once the quote has been validated and the deposit paid, add new project statuses/stages to filter according to the company's internal organization.
EX: indicate that the project is "awaiting quantity survey", then "on supplier order", then "awaiting delivery" and finally "delivered".

with the option of informing the customer if necessary
