It would be helpful if the customer could check the boxes for “no reservation” or “reservation” themselves, and add a box for “refusal to accept,” because if we prepare the report without a reservation on our end and the customer refuses to sign it, we’re stuck—without a signed report, whether accepted or not, we cannot enforce our right to be paid.
