Hello there. I think Revelhome is a powerful tool that has a lot of potential. I haven't looked everywhere so I'll maybe suggest an idea that's already in place but I think it would be great to be able to import a customer database to be able to build a complete customer journey for each person even if the estimate isn't done yet. This would make it possible to track appointments, the transformation rate according to the number of appointments. Bring all this together on a monthly or quarterly basis, and track changes from one period to another, mainly using Revelhome. And also, if you want to take an appointment and you have a Google calendar, you could access the calendar directly via revelhome and have it update your availability in real time if you're proposing several creneaux to a customer.
