"Documents" notification

Hello,

I have noticed that customers rarely, if ever, open the "documents" tab where photos/images or plans are stored.

Is it possible to add a red iPhone-style notification to the customer interface with "1, 2, 3,..." depending on the number of notifications/documents to be viewed?
