<p>Ça serait bien que quand on reçoit un mail d'une notification de Tchat interne que le nom du client soit inscrit (cf pièce jointe) afin que dans nos mails on le retrouve dans nos recherches ?</p>

<p>Wouldn't it be nice if, when we receive an e-mail from an internal chat notification, the customer's name was entered (see attachment) so that we could find it in our e-mail searches?</p>
