Exclusive filter by account manager (lead role only)

The user wants to be able to filter files to display only those for which they are the sole or primary case manager. Currently, the filter displays all files associated with the name, which includes too many results if several people are linked to the project. They want to return to the previous behavior, which was more restrictive.
