Double signature for after-sales service (start and end)

As a user, I'd like to be able to get the customer to sign at two different times during an after-sales service: once at the beginning to confirm that the request has been taken on board and the date of intervention, and a second time at the end to validate the closure of the service. This would enable complete traceability throughout the entire intervention.
