Quote valid for a limited time

For quotes sent to customers, is it possible toset up a system that locks quotes after three months pending approval? Our quotes are valid for one month, but we accept them for up to three months. However, if they’re older than that, prices have likely changed, and we’d like customers to be able to view them but not approve them, so they’ll call us to update and resend them.
