Create an Invoice section

I have an idea: create an Invoice section identical to the Estimate section and leave the Balance section.
I say this because when a customer makes several payments to me, I'm obliged to delete the invoice and ask for the balance again, as it doesn't calculate the remaining amount to be paid, and to send the invoice again.
