Improving the checkpoints in the minutes

The current 100-character limit for checkpoint labels should be increased, as it is too short to write precise and complete sentences.

It would also be helpful to be able to choose the response type for each item:

☐ Yes ☐ No

☐ Free-form comment field

The Yes/No option would help avoid any ambiguity when a checkpoint is not approved by the client.
