Add PRODEVIS balance invoices to an existing file without creating duplicates

I would like the PRODEVIS connector to allow balance invoices to be added to an existing customer file in Revel'home without creating a new file. Currently, the system creates a duplicate, which requires manual import of the PDF. It is important to be able to synchronize balance invoices without creating new projects.

    Bonjour Eric,

    Pour envoyer une facture sans créé de doublon il faut :

    Même e-mail
    Même adresse de chantier
    Projet qui ne soit pas en statut “terminé”

    Je pense que le problème ici c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’email
