I'd like to suggest an enhancement that could greatly facilitate administrative follow-up for Revel Home users.
Would it be possible to integrate a function allowing automatic updating of payments (deposits or settlements) in Revel Home, as soon as they are entered in the invoicing tool or in the sales management module used by the company?
The aim would be to ensure that, when a deposit or payment is recorded, the information goes straight back into Revel Home, so that the financial status of the file is immediately up to date, without the need for double entry or manual verification.
This automatic synchronization offers several advantages:
Saves time and eliminates double entries
Reduced risk of tracking errors
Instant, reliable overview of payment status for each file
Improved overall fluidity between sales, administration and installation teams.
I think this feature would be a real plus for user companies, including ours.
