It would be preferable to choose the person(s) with whom we need to communicate, because currently it is the people who were notified at the start of the project. But, for example, my boss does the costing, and it is the technical manager who takes the measurements, and it is me who is at the switchboard who communicates customer needs during incoming calls, but sometimes I want to leave a message only for the technical department or only for the costing department to my manager.
For example, my boss often posts his quotes online himself, so as project manager, he makes a note of it. In the meantime, I am the one who follows up in addition to the automatic follow-up... or who manages customer requests via messaging and then transcribes them according to their importance, etc... and if I communicate, it is my boss who communicates with him himself. However, depending on the account logged in, it should indicate who is speaking and then possibly choose the contact person according to the profiles saved.
